Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website man.digital ("Website") and the free electronic services available through it. Client engagements, including revenue operations, CRM administration, HubSpot implementation, marketing operations and related services, are governed by separate written agreements, not by these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by MAN DIGITAL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Przemysłowa 12, 30-701 Kraków, Poland, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000601189, NIP 6793122378, REGON 363690740, share capital PLN 5,000.00. 2. Electronic services we provide via the Website

Free of charge, we provide: browsing the Website and its content; newsletter subscription; downloadable resources such as e-books and guides; webinar and event registration; contact and enquiry forms; and chat or similar contact tools where available.

Using these services requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and, for services involving communication, an active email address. Subscription services start when you sign up and end when you unsubscribe using the link in our emails or write to hello@man.digital. No notice period or fee applies.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to supply unlawful content, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or scrape it at scale, including for training AI models without our permission. Ordinary linking to our pages is welcome. You may not frame the Website or imply an endorsement, partnership or commercial relationship that does not exist.

4. Intellectual property

The Website's content, including articles, guides, case studies, graphics, code and branding, is owned by or licensed to MAN DIGITAL and protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may view, download and share content for your own non-commercial use with attribution and a link to the source. Republication, commercial reuse or modification requires our written permission.

5. Content you send us

If you send us messages, feedback or materials via the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to respond to you, improve our services and, only with your separate agreement, for testimonials or marketing. Personal data in such messages is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content is informational

Content on the Website, including blog posts, benchmarks and guides, is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or suitable for your particular situation. Deliverables and commitments for client work are defined exclusively in the relevant service agreement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability towards consumers. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the free Website services, for interruptions caused by maintenance or events beyond our control, or for third-party websites we link to.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the Website or its electronic services can be sent to hello@man.digital. We respond within 14 days. If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms available through consumer protection authorities in your country.

9. Personal data

Information about how we process personal data, including email tracking, prospecting data, AI-assisted processing and our service providers, is set out in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Third-Party Services page.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms for valid reasons such as changes in law, our Website services, security requirements or the way we operate the Website. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page. Material changes affecting subscribers will be notified by email where appropriate. Continued use of subscription services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance; you can always unsubscribe free of charge.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the Polish common court competent for our registered seat, except that if you are a consumer, or an individual entrepreneur protected as a consumer under Polish law, this does not deprive you of the protection and jurisdiction rules of your country of residence.
