Free HubSpot CRM health audit

Know what to fix in HubSpot.

Run a deterministic audit across the CRM areas your portal can expose. Get a clear score, evidence-backed priorities, and a plan your team can use.

HubSpot handles portal selection and permission approval before the audit begins.

  • No generative AI
  • No changes to your CRM
  • Completion requires a confirmed raw-data purge

A finite audit, built for action

Move from CRM doubt to a review plan.

No extra dashboard to maintain. The output makes the evidence readable and the next work assignable.

01

See the gaps

Find evidence-backed issues across CRM data, ownership, pipeline, activity, and configuration.

02

Know what matters

Returned findings are ordered by severity and affected records, so the riskiest work surfaces first.

03

Give work an owner

Use the report and detailed implementation plan to review, assign, and track remediation.

Performance by area

Up to five area scores. A fuller picture.

Each returned area is scored only when enough evidence is available. The report states which evidence was included.

01

Contact data quality

Identity, lifecycle, ownership, key fields, and association reliability.

02

Revenue and pipeline

Deals, leads, quotes, close dates, stages, products, and line items.

03

Engagement discipline

Tasks, meetings, calls, outcomes, recency, and overdue follow-up.

04

Database hygiene

Duplicate signals, stale records, bounces, associations, and structural cleanliness.

05

Configuration and assets

Goals, properties, lists, campaigns, sequences, and authorised workflows.

Three clear steps

HubSpot stays in control of access.

Portal selection and permission approval happen on HubSpot’s own screen. The audit starts only after the connection returns verified.

  1. Connect the portal

Choose the right account and review every requested permission in HubSpot.

  2. Run the audit

Review all accessible data by default, or use a sample for a faster first pass.

  3. Keep the files

Download the report; use its protected link for the detailed implementation plan.

Questions before you connect

Everything in one place.

Coverage, permissions, data handling, downloads, and support.

What does the audit inspect and deliver?

Every audit module supported by the current engine and authorised for the selected portal. Core coverage includes contacts, companies, deals, ownership, tasks, meetings, calls, and property hygiene. Available optional permissions extend the audit to leads, quotes, products, line items, goals, lists, campaigns, sequences, and workflows. When processing completes, you receive a PDF report with a protected link to the detailed implementation workbook.

What happens when I connect HubSpot?

You leave this page for HubSpot, choose the portal, and review the requested access on HubSpot’s own authorisation screen. HubSpot then returns you to the audit workspace, where the backend verifies the portal, token, and granted scopes before an audit can begin.

Do I need to reinstall the app to run another audit?

No. While the portal remains connected, you can run another audit against the current HubSpot data without reinstalling the app. HubSpot may ask you to reconnect after the secure session expires, if access is revoked, if the app is uninstalled, or when the requested permissions change.

What if an optional area is unavailable?

The core audit can still run. Results include only modules that completed with authorised evidence and clearly state what evidence was included. An unavailable module is not converted into a zero-finding or healthy claim.

Can the audit change our HubSpot portal?

No. The audit does not use HubSpot mutation endpoints to create, update, merge, archive, import, enrol, or delete CRM records or workflows. Findings are recommendations for a person to review before making any change.

Do you keep our HubSpot data?

The audit temporarily stores tenant-isolated CRM evidence, module checkpoints, and resumable steps while the scan runs. Completion immediately starts and requires a confirmed raw-evidence and checkpoint purge; results are not served until that purge is confirmed. Normalised report content is removed after explicit saved-file confirmation or an authenticated delete-now action. Report access expires 24 hours after completion; expired content is never served, and cleanup retries removal if necessary. Failed and cancelled run data expires within one hour.

Does the audit use AI or an LLM?

No. Versioned deterministic rules inspect authorised evidence, calculate findings and scores, rank returned priorities, and generate the report. CRM values are not sent to an AI, machine-learning, or LLM service.

What remains after the files are delivered?

The PDF report and implementation workbook saved on your device remain under your control. The app keeps a non-content audit receipt containing status, timestamps, audit configuration, aggregate counts, and purge timestamps. It contains no CRM record values, CRM record IDs, finding details, example links, or generated files. Encrypted OAuth credentials and minimal installation metadata remain separately while the portal connection is active.

What happens if a download is interrupted?

The unfinished temporary workbook file is removed, while the authenticated report content remains available for another delivery attempt. A completed download does not delete report content by itself. Deletion occurs after you verify the saved file and explicitly confirm delivery or choose the authenticated delete action. The access window expires after 24 hours; expired content is never served, and cleanup retries removal if necessary.

Does MAN Digital receive a copy of our report?

No report copy is sent automatically to MAN Digital, and the audit does not create a consultant-facing results workspace. Report delivery is authenticated and tied to the connected portal. Complete CRM payloads are not written to application logs.

What should we share when asking for help?

Share the HubSpot portal ID, audit run ID, time and time zone, the step you were completing, and a redacted screenshot if useful. Never email credentials, OAuth tokens, database secrets, or an unredacted implementation workbook.

Which HubSpot permissions are requested?

Every supported audit permission is requested by default so the audit can assess the broadest evidence the selected portal can grant. HubSpot displays the request and may omit optional scopes that are unavailable for the account or subscription.
