Skyrise.tech is a Polish software development consultancy shifting positioning from selling man-hours to the logistics and healthcare verticals on the Scandinavian market.
Problem
With a one-person marketing team, the company lacked a long-term vision, a clear framework, and the tooling to run full-funnel demand generation.

We defined the personas, messaging, and buyer journey based on the content audits. Then implemented HubSpot to run and track campaigns targeted at Scandinavia.
