DataFeedWatch by Cart.com is a SaaS platform for large-scale product-feed management and optimization, used by 17,000+ customers including Adidas, Kenzo, Decathlon, and Born. The company set growth targets in the EU, UK, and the US.

The team wanted better outbound efficiency (deliverability, opens, replies, trial/demo bookings), but operational and tech-stack issues slowed progress.

1) Outbound process audit:

We mapped all outbound processes, workflows, and the tech stack end-to-end in HubSpot—running qualitative and quantitative analysis to pinpoint skill, tech, and process gaps.

2) Future-state process mapping:

Using the SPICED framework (inspired by Winning by Design), we co-created a future-state outbound blueprint with the internal team—clarifying stages, handoffs, and step-by-step actions 

3) Unified tech stack: 

We connected outbound tools with HubSpot CRM, bringing scattered customer data under one system so campaigns can be launched and measured from the same place.
