SaaS companies cannot afford ineffective go-to-market motions anymore. To enhance Pixyle.ai's processes, we built an automated HubSpot data model, gaining visibility into the full buyer's journey. As the next step, we introduced a new sales playbook to fine-tune their pipeline.

Revenue diagnostic was crucial for the success of this project. We mapped all of Pixyle.ai's processes across the funnel to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. As a result, we build a roadmap with a plan for optimization and quick-wins solutions.

We cleaned up the Pixyle.ai CRM and created a fully automated measurement model. It enabled the company to collect all customer and revenue-related data they could easily present to investors.

Challenge
Pixyle.ai lacked a clear process to support all their go-to-market strategies, from outbound and inbound sales to customer success and cross-sell.
Despite the demand for high-quality tools and a standardized marketing-sales approach, they didn't have the know-how in integrating HubSpot, Chili Piper, and Apollo.io.
Solution
In March, we started with a mapping of Pixyle.ai's processes, spanning marketing, sales, sales engineering, and customer success.
By the end of the month, we introduced a new outbound playbook and put sales engagement via Apollo.io in place.
We ensured the new process adoption with intensive team training in April.
At the same time, we restructured Pixyle.ai's HubSpot. By creating a fully automated measurement model we freed the teams from admin work, so they could focus on what really matters - generating revenue.
In May, we created four distinct sales pipelines to support the entire sales process, from outbound to upsell and cross-sell, and also recycling lost deals.
We introduced a standardized approach for deal management, providing Pixyle.ai with all necessary deal information. From card views and custom properties to pipeline rules, forecasting, and deals closing probability.
Pixyle.ai's team received training on a new operational approach, covering revenue operations and sales ops best-case practices.
This led to a clear playbook for managing deals and improved analytics tracking with comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Results
Revenue Operations framework and fine-tuning HubSpot resulted in clear visibility of the buyer's journey, confidence in data with clear reporting to investors, and a streamlined sales process.
